The unlock 4.3.1 will be compatible with iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. Using this update, users will be able to first upgrade to 06.15 Baseband and then would be able to downgrade to 05.13 Basebands. This surely is an important update as users on Basebands 05.14, 05.15, 05.16 don't have any Unlock available till now. These users would be able to update their Basebands to 06.15 and then can downgrade to 05.13 for an Unlock.

| Apple Investigating 3G Issues With Verizon iPad 2 Posted: 08 Apr 2011 09:42 PM PDT Yesterday i’ve reported about the 3G connectivity issue in Verizon iPad 2. Today, an Apple Spokesperson has confirmed the issue to All Things Digital; "We are aware that a small number of iPad 2 customers have experienced connectivity issues with the Verizon 3G network and we are investigating it," the company said in a statement.
The Apple Support Discussion boards list five pages discussing the problem. Wi-Fi functions work well enough, but 3G connections either take several minutes or never occur at all. While there’s no clear evidence that all Verizon iPad 2 users face the same problem, the complaints coming in from those affected are very similar. When the Verizon iPad 2′s 3G function is deactivated, it will not reactivate or connect without a reboot. Switching the device in and out airplane mode has no effect. Apple launched the iPad 2 last month with three models: WiFi only, WiFi and AT&T-compatible 3G, and WiFi and Verizon-compatible 3G. The new device drew record lines, though some readers reported that the Verizon iPad 2 was selling out more slowly than the WiFi only and AT&T models. AT&T customers do not appear to be experiencing the connectivity problem. The partnership between Apple and Verizon was minted relatively recently. Verizon began selling the iPad at its retail stores last October, though it sold the WiFi only version of the device bundled with a MiFi Mobile Hotspot device. After years of AT&T iPhone exclusivity in the U.S., Apple and Verizon launched the iPhone 4 in February. Verizon later announced that the iPhone 4 set a record for the largest handset launch in the company’s history. The Verizon connectivity issue isn’t the only problem that customers of the iPad 2 are facing. Early adopters of the device noted freezing issues with the FaceTime video chat feature. Acer America debuts the Acer Iconia Tab A500 in the United States and announced that it is available for pre-order online exclusively from Best Buy. The Acer Iconia Tab A500 is the company’s first 10.1-inch tablet running Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) in the new Acer Iconia family of tablets for North America.The new Acer Iconia Tab A500 tablet enables customers to interact with and enjoy technology in ways that are both truly natural and exciting. Many users have been told that it is a problem with iOS 4.3.1 software. Users have already tried: Reset Network Settings, hard reset, Switching Airplane mode on and off. If your Verizon is having this problem, rinse-and-repeat the following steps to regain 3G connectivity. 1. Turn the cellular data switch to on. 2. Power off the iPad. 3. Power up the iPad. 4. | Report: iPhone 5 Will Launch in September Posted: 08 Apr 2011 09:43 AM PDT Apple has launched a new iPhone each June or July for the past four years, but this year’s expected iPhone 5 may not launch until September. This time WSJ is claiming that Apple iPhone 5 would be released by September or October of this year and not in June as been expected and rumoured by many sites.
