Kudos to folks at CrackTouch who managed to install Celeste on iOS 4.3.1 despite of the Action Menu dependency issue. But there is a much easier way to install it tipped by Tyler Casson which involves only one step and that is editing your SystemVersion.plist file.
To do that, first install iFile from Cydia and modify SystemVersion.Plist file on your iDevice as shown in the screenshots below. Location: /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist

It will feature additional RAM for development purposes, built-in flash memory, larger hard disk drives and a smaller form factor at a significantly reduced price from its predecessor.The new XDK console gives developers the option to license a Sidecar attachment that enables debugging and disc emulation. Not all members of a development team need these capabilities, so this new Sidecar option offers greater flexibility for studios. The Sidecar can be shared among multiple XDK consoles, removing the need to license additional higher cost debugging consoles. The fix is developed by msft_guy and iH8sn0w. Ultrasn0w was previously unable to unlock iPhone 4 and 3GS devices after untethered iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak. But now you can use Ultrasn0w 4.3.1 fixer to unlock your device.
You need to have a jailbroken iOS device in order for iOS 4.3.1 unlock to work. You can jailbreak your device using Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC9, PwnageTool 4.3 or Sn0wbreeze 2.5. The steps are as follows. Step 1: At first launch Cydia in your jailbroken iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS.
Step 2: Navigate to "Manage" and then "Sources".
Step 3: * Now "Edit" and then "Add".

Earlier, Consumer reports has given high ratings to iPhone 4 and Verizon iPhone, however, it did recommended bumpers because of the Antenna issues.

| Google Bids $900 Million For Nortel Posted: 05 Apr 2011 08:03 AM PDT Google and Nortel have agreed on the princely sum of $900 million to start off a stalking horse auction for the acquisition of Nortel’s rather vast patent portfolio and the sale comes as part of the latter company’s bankruptcy selloff and involves some 6,000 patents and patent applications, which encompass both wired and wireless communications, semiconductors, data networking, voice and the internet………….
Nortel Networks Corporation announced that it, its principal operating subsidiary Nortel Networks Limited (NNL) and certain of its other subsidiaries, including Nortel Networks Inc. and Nortel Networks UK Limited (in administration), have entered into a stalking horse asset sale agreement with Google Inc. for the sale of all of Nortel’s remaining patents and patent applications for a cash purchase price of US$900 million.The agreement includes the planned sale of approximately 6,000 patents and patent applications spanning wireless, wireless 4G, data networking, optical, voice, internet, service provider, semiconductors and other patent portfolios. The most disappointing news of this years is there is no iPhone 5. But the rumor is not stoping. Another rumor is flying through the web about iPhone 5. Macrumors via Korean site ETNews.co.kr, have reported that Apple is planning to release iPhone5 in the 4th week of June.
iPhone 5, the next model of iPhone 4, will be released on the coming 4th week of June. In the midst of the iPhone 5 postponement rumors, Apple has confirmed that iPhone 5 will be released as planned and it will be released simultaneously in Korea through SK Telecom and KT. Many expected Apple to deliver a new device at its Worldwide Developer's Conference scheduled for June 6th – roughly 12 months after the release of its iPhone 4. But recent reports had suggested that a new handset wouldn't arrive until later on in the year – possibly around September – with WWDC focusing solely on Mac OS X and iOS. Rather than citing a source, however, ETNews seems to be attributing Apple – with Steve Jobs himself apparently confirming the information.
